This manufacturing area was built on the site of the old Ives Factory. It was torn down many years ago. Actually, as factories go, this isn't too bad. I can't tell what they were building in the factory and it smelled like something was burning all down Holland Street. Still though, there are a ton of old factories on this street, some of which are 100 plus years old.
