I was looking around a little on the side of the trolley barn in Bridgeport and I saw this prewar cast iron lamp post. Probably had a big old globe on top it. It amazes me to see something like this disgarded. It reminds me of a a prewar Lionel light. I just wanted to jump the fence and grab this thing. I'm not sure what the heck I would do with it but it seems stupid to just chuck something like this in the garbage. I wish it could find its' way to a museum.
