Tom Sefton's Collection
Some of the shots from the amazing Tom Sefton Collection at the CSRM. This is just a "wow" when you see it. Take a look at the pics and layout, you'll get it.
A great collection----Remember when it was in CTT,I was blown away. What's nice is between Lionel, MTH and a few others you can almost build the same collection at a fraction of the cost of the real thing.
Makes you think this is what the Lionel showroom could have looked like back in 1930... all the brand spanking new trains with glossy paint and polished trim making beautiful music on the rails as they roll through clean scenery. Imagine what families and children felt when they got to see all that back then? Those had to have been the days but for a brief few moments we can relive them in 2011!
