Brrr. It's getting kind of cold on Brian's layout! I guess some cantalopes are making their way down from California to Arizona!!! Something about the color combination on the 214r and 514r that makes these things so dang nice. Looks like Brian has most of the variations as well.
I have heard through the grapevine that the 214R is one of the most mocked up/hacked up 200 series boxcars around. There are tons of them with repro parts and touch up paint.
I've seen them go for $1800 with a box. What makes Brian's collection so special is that (obviously) doesn't have a problem running them and doing some serious railroading.
