Just saw a post on the Yahoo Std Gauge Groups about this book. I have to agree, it is excellent resource material. I just wish I had room for every variation in the book. The link above gets you to the eBay seller of the book. It is worth every penny.
Sorry to use this but "Variety is the spice of life!". Definitely goes for freight car variations in standard gauge....
